    I started my relationship with Cherry Valley Lodge in 1999 and I was so impressed with their ability to go well above the "normal" limits of customer care and service.

Each year I bring over 200+ of my customers and sales associates to Cherry Valley Lodge, knowing they will continue to meet my high standards of customer care and service.

    The impeccable service starts from the first phone call to the Sales and Catering Department and continues the day we arrive and are greeted by the most personable and professional Bell Man. The staff at the front desk takes great care of catering to my guests’ needs once we arrive. Housekeeping makes sure the rooms are clean and they bring whatever else the guests may need that evening.

    The banquet staff delivers our VERY large group delicious food quickly and professionally. The grounds are gorgeous and provide a small sanctuary from the real world, if only for one night! It is a pleasure to work with the Cherry Valley Lodge Team each year.

    My customers continue to write such positive comments about their experience there and they look forward to their visit to Cherry Valley Lodge every year. My sincerest appreciation and thanks to the Cherry Valley Lodge Team for making my job so much easier!

    On April 22, 2002, I sent you a memo regarding the excellent service that we received from your staff at our daughter's wedding reception on April 13, 2002. That reception was our second at Cherry Valley Lodge, as we had our oldest daughter’s reception also at Cherry Valley Lodge in 1996.

    My last sentence in that memo said that "I hope our third daughter will choose Cherry Valley Lodge when it is time for her wedding reception". As fate would have it, our daughter Janie did select Cherry Valley and this past weekend (May 19th) we celebrated her wedding reception.

    It has been said that "the third time is a charm", and that was the case with our most recent wedding reception. Your staff was exceptional and their attention to make sure that this significant event was an enjoyable, memorable day for a new bride and groom is to be commended. I want to especially acknowledge the outstanding efforts of your staff who delivered exceptional service to your customers....

    The Balistreri went on to commend Catering, Sales, Front Desk, Housekeeping, CoCo Key Staff, Banyan Leaf Spa employees, Audio Visual and Banquets...

    ...Since we don't have a fourth daughter to celebrate another wedding reception, I can't commit to another large party function, but I assure you that we will return to enjoy the many amenities of Cherry Valley Lodge and to relive the wonder memories our family has enjoyed there throughout the eleven year time frame of our daughters' weddings. Again, thanks to you and your staff for a grand finale to the "Balisteri wedding receptions!"
