Cancellation Policy
Credit Card Guarantee or first night's deposit required
Deposits may be required on special packages.
Cancellation for individual reservations: 24 hours prior to arrival date
(no later than 6:00 PM the day prior to arrival, otherwise you will be charged for the first night's room and tax)
Cancellation for group reservations: Please refer to your Cherry Valley Lodge booking confirmation contract regarding cancellation.
You must be 21 years old to reserve or rent a sleeping room.

Pet Policy

Cherry Valley Lodge is a Pet friendly hotel.  We want our guests and their pets to feel comfortable and welcomed while they are here.  Below are the guidelines that we ask our guests to follow.

 *A $150.00 deposit will be placed on the guests’ credit card.

*Your pet cannot be left unattended for long periods of time.

*Your pet must be crated if left unattended.  Housekeeping will not service a room if a pet is not in their crate.

*If your pet should cause any damage to the property of Cherry Valley Lodge you will be held responsible.

*Your pet will need to be on a leash throughout the hotel and grounds.

*You are responsible for keeping the grounds of Cherry Valley Lodge looking nice by cleaning up after your pet. 
*The Board of Health prohibits all pets in any food service area

*Housekeeping will need to check your room before departure to assure no damage has been done by the pet.

*You will be checked in to a lawn view room to create ease for you and your pet.
